Job Description talentdesk is recruiting a Conference Centre Receptionist for an established facilities service company located in South Cambridge. If you are energetic, customer-focused, and enjoy a varied role, this could be your next career opportunity. Key responsibilities of this role include:

-Managing the booking system, processing enquiries and maintaining up-to-date availability
-Responding to customer enquiries by telephone and email
-Ensuring that office facilities are clean, tidy, and well-stocked
-Compiling finance and maintenance reports
-Meeting and greeting visitors
-Taking payments where appropriate
-Ad hoc administration

The successful candidate will be friendly and outgoing with a high standard of professionalism. You will be adept at developing and maintaining relationships with people in all levels of an organization, and take a proactive approach to problem solving. You must be able to multitask and meet tight deadlines, paying close attention to detail.

This is a full-time role, working 5 days/week, 40 hours/day. Working hours will vary in accordance with bookings, between 7:00 and 20:00 Monday Sunday.

You will need your own transport.
