Job Description talentdesk is recruiting a payroll administrator for an established Cambridge educational institution. Our client is undergoing a major overhaul to their payroll system, and is looking for an experienced payroll admin to support the team during the project. As payroll administrator, you will be expected to:

-Ensure company employees are paid accurately and promptly using ADP Freedom
-Run weekly timesheet reports
-Manage records for new starters, leavers, contractors, and changes to pay
-Answer payroll enquiries, escalating as necessary
-Work with the project team to define payroll elements, cleanse data, and process parallel runs
-Produce monthly payroll reports
-Perform manual calculations as required

The successful candidate will have experience working in a small payroll team performing multi-site payroll, and experience using ADP Freedom is advantageous. You must be comfortable working to tight deadlines and have good Excel skills. What makes you a great fit for the team? A keen eye for detail, great communication skills, an analytical mind.
