Job Description talentdesk is proud to be recruiting two part-time Sales Administrators/Customer Advisors for a friendly and welcoming client near Papworth. This role is a highly varied role within a small business, with lots of room for personal growth and skill-building. Responsibilities of this role include:

-Conducting appointments with prospective customers, showing them around the facilities and selling the client’s services
-Performing administrative duties, including invoicing, stock checks, and ordering
-Contributing to marketing efforts through blog posts, social media, and digital promotions
-Answering customer enquiries by telephone and email
-General housekeeping, keeping the site tidy and presentable

This role would suit someone with a solid administration or customer service background looking to develop new skills in marketing or sales. The successful candidate will be educated to at least GCSE level and be IT literate. Experience in a small business, using CRM software, and working with social media is desirable.
These roles are available on an initial temporary basis for 2 to 3 months, with the opportunity to become permanent following satisfactory performance. The shifts for this role will be three days per week, on an alternating rota of Monday to Wednesday and Thursday to Saturday.

You will be awarded a bonus of £10 for each new customer you gain for the business.
