Job Description talentdesk is recruiting a Case Administrator for an automotive company based in Cambridge. This role is responsible for coordinating engineering work for customer vehicles, including both scheduled and emergency maintenance.

As Case Administrator, your duties will include:
Processing orders for parts and invoices for completed work
Liaising with manufacturers to ensure all warranty claims are processed and recharged within the appropriate time frame
Managing rejected warranty cases, escalating or challenging them as necessary
Identifying trends in parts failures and proactively working towards failure reduction
Providing an outstanding level of customer service in all cases, complying with company procedures both face-to-face and over the phone

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, including familiarity with planning and management, processing warranties, and delivering high-calibre customer service. You will be IT literate, have a proven track record of working to deadlines, and have previous knowledge of the transportation industry.

There are two options for the working pattern for this role, one working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm and the other working a 12 hour shift pattern (6am until 6pm) working four days on, four days off.
