Job Description talentdesk is recruiting an HR Administrator for a leading pharmaceutical company based in the Cambridge Science Park. This role is responsible for supporting the client’s Learning and Development programming, providing administrative assistance to the L&D manager. The role holder will also assist with the administration of recruitment activities. Key responsibilities will include:

-Creating training materials and communications, including working with third party designers

-Organising all arrangements for training programmes, including rooms, catering, travel, and accommodation

-Managing and enhancing current L&D processes and procedures

-Overseeing the recruitment inbox and CV tracker

-Drafting recruitment correspondence

-Updating the HRIS in a timely manner

-General administrative duties, including diary management, ordering stationery, handling enquiries, and contributing at HR meetings

The successful applicant will have strong Human Resources experience and proven administrative abilities. You will have good attention to detail, a high level of organisation, and be a clear and cogent communicator.
