Job Description Contract Renewal Specialist (UK & Ireland)

talentdesk is recruiting a highly motivated contract sales specialist for a software company based in the Cambridge Science Park. This role is responsible for managing customers near the end of their contracts to retain business and close renewals in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.

As Contract Renewal Specialist, you will:

- Maintain relationships with customers, identifying when they have reached the renewal period, drafting renewal contracts, and negotiating terms and conditions
- Liaise with other internal teams to strategize renewal plans
- Perform all relevant data management using the Salesforce CRM system
- Achieve sales targets while upholding a collaborative and thoughtful team environment

The successful candidate will have a minimum of an undergraduate degree in business, or a combination of education and work history; outstanding written and oral communication; proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; and well-rounded relationship-building skills. A background in inside sales, knowledge of Salesforce, and experience in client data analysis are desirable.
