Job Description talentdesk are recruiting a HR Administrator to join a successful international organisation based in North Cambridge on a 12 month contract.

Joining the Human Resources team to start in January, this is a brand new position to provide administration support across the HR function with some focus on L & D.

As HR Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting L&D across budget control, setting up training courses, collating data, creation of reports, attendance records, booking of training rooms, resource allocation, distribution of course materials and processing of invoices
- Supporting the HR team with administration such as correspondence, assisting with recruitment, liaising with recruitment agencies, dealing with internal and external enquiries, reporting on key metrics and ad-hoc projects such as induction review

The successful candidate will have previous HR and administration experience ideally from a learning and development environment and possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail. IT confident you will have previously used Microsoft Outlook to manage multiple diaries and be comfortable using the Microsoft package. Previous working knowledge of LMS is desirable.
