Job Description talentdesk have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to work for a large organisation based in Cambridge.

Working in a team environment you will be taking high volumes of calls and will also be providing exceptional customer service. Duties will include:
Taking inbound calls and responding to emails when relevant
Supporting customers with warranties and services
Using initiative to ensure that vehicles are recovered quickly and efficiently
Liaising with suppliers
Other ad hoc duties to support the running of the department

You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience of working within the automotive industry would be highly advantageous. You will also have good attention to detail and previous Customer Service experience is essential.

This role is working on a four day on, four day off shift pattern from 6am 6pm. The salary for this role is £21,000.
