Job Description talentdesk are seeking a Recruitment Adviser on behalf of their well-established client based in South Cambridge.

As Recruitment Adviser you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, whilst providing expert recruitment advice to other internal departments and ensuring all relevant legislation and standards are met throughout. This will include but not be limited to:
- Briefing hiring managers
- Providing recruitment guidance and support
- Designing job deions and adverts
- Develop innovative attraction, search and advertising methods
- Shortlisting and designing selection process
- Overseeing the offer and new starter stages
- Develop long-term workforce plans and integrate into the recruitment activity calendar
- Promote continuous improvement and cost efficiencies
- Implementing the employer branding strategy

The successful Recruitment Adviser will have previous experience of managing an end-to-end recruitment process within a busy HR environment, with knowledge of legal requirements in relation to recruitment and proven experience of developing selection processes. With an excellent working knowledge of social media and recruitment systems, you will have excellent time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
